Launch Cart Refund Policy
Our refund policies differ depending on which product was purchased. Please refer to policies below to find out if you qualify for a refund.
What type of products do we sell?
For recurring monthly subscription products:
- Cancel within the first 30 days and you’ll receive a 100% refund. If you contact us (https://help.launchcart.com) and request to cancel your account within the first 30 days after your original signup date, we will issue a full refund.
- Cancel after 30 days, you are not entitled to any refund amount. If you contact us after 30 days of your original purchase date, you will not receive a refund. Instead, we will cancel your subscription and you will no longer be billed any future charges ever again. If you cancel mid-contract, you will continue to receive service until that date is up. For example: If you are to be billed again on the 15th, but you cancel on the 10th, you’ll continue to receive service for the next 5 days until the 15th arrives.All cancellations must be done via our support desk at https://help.launchcart.com. We do not accept cancellations over the phone and every support ticket we receive is confirmed by a confirmation email that we send to the customer immediately after we received a ticket. If you feel that we didn’t cancel your account when you requested, please forward us your confirmation email response to our helpdesk and we will honor your refund. We require a copy of your confirmation email that you received from our company if you are disputing a refund not received. Without this, we can not issue a refund outside of the 30 days.
For Launch Ready Online E-Commerce Stores:
- Since our “Launch Ready Storefronts” are built by hand and they require extra manual labor from our wonderful tech team, we do not issue refunds once an online store has been created and delivered by a member(s) of the Launch Cart Team.If you request a refund and you have not received login instructions but your site has already been created, you are not eligible for a refund. Due to mail delivery issues that can be out of our control, we hold the customer accountable to check-in with our support team to request your login details if you feel that you should have received them already.
- How Can I Be Eligible For a Refund? If you have a ordered a Launch Ready Store and have not received login details due to the site not being created, you are entitled to a refund.
For Done For You Merchandise E-Commerce Stores:
Since our “Done For Your Merchandise Stores” are built by hand and they require extra manual labor from our wonderful tech team, we do not issue refunds once an online store has been created and delivered by a member(s) of the Launch Cart Team. If you request a refund and you have not received login instructions but your site has already been created, you are not eligible for a refund. Due to mail delivery issues that can be out of our control, we hold the customer accountable to check-in with our support team to request your login details if you feel that you should have received them already.
How Can I Be Eligible For a Refund? If you have a ordered a Done For Your Merchandise Ecommerce Store and have not received login details due to the site not being created, you are entitled to a refund.
For Launch Cart Artwork Library Purchases.
Since these products are delivered directly to you at time of purchase and you can download these products directly to your computer, we do not offer refunds on these purchases unless the product is defective or you had a problem with your order.
