We don’t require much to get started. For online businesses, we only need sSimple items like a print-quality logo file (we can create one if you don’t have one), your business address, and an email address we can send our communications to. We’ll handle the rest.
Yes. We will give you full store admin login and ownership rights to your eCommerce business. This is your store and you can do whatever you want with it. This includes customization, adding more products, marketing to your growing customer list (track your website with Google Analytics, use email marketing, run ads and reach millions of potential customers with targeted advertising), and more. At the time of delivery, we complete a full hand-off of your new store.
Your store will be integrated with a merchant account in your name via a 3rd-party service called Stripe.com – This merchant provider is what will allow your store to accept credit cards and process payments online. After you make a sale, Stripe will automatically deposit your earnings into your bank account every 2 days. You will own this merchant account 100% and will have full control over it.
Orders are started immediately after purchase. Most of our custom stores are delivered within 3-5 days after purchase. Sometimes sooner if we can.
The buyer of the store will have full ownership of the store. Once an order is completed, we will send over full login information and transfer any assets to the buyer via email.
The only costs after delivery are costs for fulfillment/product costs when your store makes a sale (via Printful.com), standard merchant rates (via your payment method such as PayPal) and a (optional) 3% platform fee, or monthly subscription to Launch Cart premium plan.
